    Why is it that I can send datalogs most of the time but sometimes it will say failed to send. I dont know if I am doing something wrong or something wrong with the file itself. I had sent three in one day but the fourth would not send

    Hello.

    Now the latest system version is V1.02.06 & V1.22. If the system version on your Maxisys is not the latest one, please update it first.

    PS: The Data Logging server itself is quite busy, if the network status between the device and the server is not good, it is easy to fail to upload.

    So it is recommended to upload the file during the idle time rather than the peak periods.

    Tool is up to date with latest version. I have tried at all times of day and night. What
    else should I try? Should I just send the vehicle info and problem via the complaint
    section?

    Good luck I have yet to get mine to send any. I update mine weekly . Sent 3 emails 2 complaints and still no response from autel support .

    Hello.
    We just release a newer system version V1.23 which optimizes datalog feature. Please upgrade the system and see if you can upload the datalogs.
